A visit charge will be paid in advance.

Visit charges will vary according to the distance of the destination. 

Visit charges can’t be refunded in any circumstances.

The visit charge will be valid only for the submitted complaints and not for all equipment.

All conversations about the concession will be before the invoice is generated.No rebate will apply in any situation after generating the invoice. The amount printed on the invoice will be final.

Once sold, no goods will be returned.

Goods Damaged during transportation will not be covered in the warranty.

Please pay the bill on time otherwise 5% of the total amount will be payable as a late payment fee per week.

We & our person will not be responsible for the disappearance of any kind of goods from the working site(clinic/hospital). That is why it is mandatory for your person to be with our technician for the entire time.

If you gave any equipment to our technician for repair without any receipt, then we will not be responsible for this. And if he asks to do this, then inform us immediately.

It is not necessary that the equipment which we have taken for repair has become right. If this happens due to any technical reason like(unavailability of spare parts or other), the equipment will be given back to you. And any advance made for this will be refunded to you(except the visit charge).

Some companies do not give their spare parts to anyone, even after trying, even if we do not find the spare part from other sources, In that case, the repair of the machine will not be done by us.

Get your equipment(repaired/unrepaired) back within two months. After two months Medico Engineers will have the right to sell that equipment to recover any dues.

If all the dues are cleared in advance, then after 1 month, the taking care charges of the equipment will be charged on a daily basis. Therefore, take back your equipment within a month.(Taking care charges will vary from device to device)

Medico Engineers will not be responsible for the loss/damage of the equipment in case of theft or natural calamity.

The terms and conditions of AMC( annual maintenance contract) & CMC (comprehensive maintenance contract) will be available with the contract paper while contracting.

All transactions will be in favor of “M/s Medico Engineers”.

Legal action can be taken if the check bounces.
